Could I make a good sounding song like this?

Do you know if I could make a song by myself only with just an acoustic guitar, an electric piano, a harmonica, a flute, a grand piano, and a tambourine? I dont have the money to go buying a lot of instruments and live where i cant get any, and i have cassettes as my only recording equipments, so do you think i could do something from these instruments alone by myself?
