1993 Cougar Electric Window Slow Going Down?

My 1993 Cougar drivers side window is slow to go down to the point I use My hand to help it - It goes up and closes at super speed every time? Clues? Also the passenger side button on the drivers door only works part time? If I wiggle the actual passenger door control switch it works sometime? Do I need a new passenger door window button to make the drivers control to function properly?? Thank You in advance for any info !!
