What do you think about the electric wall?

There is a shitty debate about the 30 foot electric wall on the border charged with 4800 volts. The problem is that some group of democrats complained about it and were like "oh no, somebody could get shocked" (i call em fruitcakes). As of now they r the only thing keepin this thing from completion. What do you think? I Say just forget the fruits and biuld it anyway (i wish it was that simple).
